I would think personally for justice to evolve in such a way from basic instincts that yes, it is part of nature. It would be under Natural Justice and Cicero is one of the people who made argument for it. There most definitely is a justice system in the justice system itself, just ask Dahmer. The internet is definitely a good example of the two extremes, it gives people access to things they would have otherwise never known. When I zoom in it looks like a stone fence to me, to purposely block the trail. The puzzling part is why she would (apparently) deliberately miss her flight home, because if she was leaving at 1 and her flight was in fact that night, there is no way she could have hoped to make it. This individual was later identified through DNA in a separate homicide investigation in neighboring Montgomery County, along the same general I-45 corridor. I haven't found any evidence that he was ever identified as a suspect, and I'm not suggesting that he was involved. I've come across someone who I wonder whether investigators may have looked into in connection with this case. Otherwise, the lion killer would be dead and some people have a problem with that.
